CCSD Parents and Guardians, This is a reminder that our Personal Electronic Device Guidelines will be fully enforced when students return to school on January 7, 2025. These guidelines are in place to create the best possible learning and social environment for all students. Key Guideline: All students (PK-12) must turn off and store all phones and personal electronic devices in the classroom cell phone cabinets from the start of school until dismissal. Student Responsibility: Students are solely responsible for the security of their devices brought to school. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Violations of this policy will result in disciplinary action according to the Student Discipline Code of Conduct. The electronic version of the Code can be found https://5il.co/2w2wz. Please note that unauthorized electronic communication device use goes from a Level 1-G (page 19) to a Level II-B offense (page 22), depending on the situation. Please review these guidelines with your students to ensure they are prepared for the start of the new semester. For more FAQs, please visit https://5il.co/33gec. Thank you for your cooperation.
