All athletes (rising 7-12 grade) are encouraged to come get their physicals done at EC on May 5th, 2025 from 4:30-7:30pm. Cost is $10 per athlete.
Per SCHSL, athletes must have a physical dated after April 1st, 2025 in order to participate in any sport during the 2025-26 school year, including summer practices/workouts. Please make sure to have your physical packet completely filled out and signed by a parent/guardian before arriving(sign front and back of each page).
Official physical packets can be picked up from the front office.

🌸Teamwork in Bloom!
Mrs. Sheri Sims’ 6th grade class, with the awesome help of Mrs. Hannah’s 8th graders, brought new life to our middle school courtyard!
The 8th graders kicked things off by cleaning out the raised garden beds, and then the 6th graders added worm castings and planted a variety of vibrant summer plants across 7 raised beds.
Soon, everyone will get to enjoy the beauty they’ve created!
After testing, even more mini garden projects are in the works—stay tuned!

Our 8th grade students are diving into SC Science Standard 8-LS4-2 as they explore anatomical similarities and differences among modern and fossil organisms.
They’re using scientific thinking to infer ancestral relationships and understand evolution in action!
