Manning Early Childhood Center is where many of our students begin their educational journey in Clarendon County School District. Serving children from K3 through 2nd grade, we are committed to creating a safe, caring, and engaging environment where every child can grow, explore, and succeed.
We understand that the early years are foundational, and we are intentional about making each day meaningful. Our classrooms are filled with curiosity, creativity, and joyful learning as students build strong foundations in literacy and mathematics while also developing confidence, responsibility, and essential social skills.
MECC proudly offers a Montessori program that encourages independence, hands-on discovery, and a lifelong love of learning. Through student-centered instruction and supportive guidance, our Montessori classrooms foster critical thinking, collaboration, and self-directed growth.
Learning extends beyond the classroom walls. Our school garden provides opportunities for students to explore nature, practice teamwork, and connect real-world experiences to their daily lessons in meaningful and engaging ways.
At Manning Early Childhood Center, relationships matter. We value strong partnerships with families and believe that when schools and families work together, children thrive. Together, we are building confident learners, compassionate individuals, and bright futures for every child we serve.
